Teacher corrects their pronunciation and speech, focus on the ‘-s’ ending pronunciation.<br>+ Play an examiner role to ask your students the questions in Ex.15 about the recipes in Ex.14, tell them to use connectives firstly, secondly, then, and finally to answer. If they have no idea about the recipes of these dishes, show them the recipes from wikihow.com.Teacher corrects their pronunciation and speech.&nbsp;<br><strong>- Focus on Part 2 of the IELTS Speaking Test (page 79 -&gt; 81)</strong><br>+ Read the prompt card "Describe a favourite dish that your family cooks for a special day or festival" in Ex.18, and ask the students about the types of food that they eat, which is their favourite food, why they like that/those types of food, at the festivals or special days presented in Ex.16.<br>+ Explain about Contrasting conjunctions and do the practise in Ex.22, play a mini game in Ex.23<br>+ Ask each student to complete by their own ideas and say the sentences in Ex.24.<br>+ Read the full sample answer in Ex.19 again, then give the students one minute to make notes in Ex.25 about their own favourite recipe.
